Kim joined the firm in 2022 as an Administrative Assistant and has steadily grown into her current role as Client Service Manager. She works closely with our advisors to support account maintenance, client communications, billing, and firmwide operations, with a strong focus on accuracy and responsiveness.
Before transitioning into wealth management, Kim built her foundation in the food industry as both a professional baker and a coffee barista. That experience shaped her strong organizational skills, client-first approach, and ability to anticipate needs and keep things running smoothly under pressure, qualities that continue to define her work today.
Originally from Southern California, Kim relocated to Central Florida at the end of 2024 and now works fully remote. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her partner and their kids, whether that means hiking through local wildlife areas, getting a little messy in the garden, hosting movie nights, or simply unwinding near any body of water.
I enjoy helping clients navigate the practical side of wealth management, whether that means troubleshooting access to our custodial website or guiding them through secure document sharing with their advisors. It is especially rewarding to know that my support plays a part in helping them move toward their financial goals. I am always happy to help make processes smoother, clearer, and easier for our clients.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Family and Consumer Sciences while raising my newborn son, Finn, which is still something I am very proud of. My professors were incredibly accommodating and allowed me to bring Finn to lectures and labs, and my friends and family often helped care for him while I worked. It was a true example of how much a strong village can matter.
I love being in the kitchen, whether I’m baking or cooking. French pastries like éclairs, scones, and croissants are some of my favorite things to make, and I also really enjoy cooking meals for my family. Lately, I’ve been spending more time in the garden, growing flowers and herbs, which has quickly become a new favorite hobby. At the core, it all comes down to the same thing for me, the joy of nurturing something and watching it grow and thrive.
One of the values I try most to instill in my son is also the one I try to live by every day: be kind. You never really know what someone else may be carrying, and even a small act of kindness can make a lasting difference.
I care deeply about supporting veterans and military families. Both of my grandfathers were retired Naval officers, and my partner is a former U.S. Marine, so it’s a cause that is very personal to me. I believe strongly that the men and women who serve our country deserve ongoing support and recognition for the sacrifices they make.
I also support organizations focused on autoimmune research and chronic illness, including the APS Foundation and the Lupus Research Alliance. As someone living with Antiphospholipid Antibody Syndrome (APS) and Lupus (SLE), these causes are close to home, and I’m grateful for the work being done to advance research, treatment, and awareness.
